Coach Nagy Threw An Impromptu "Monday Funday" At Halas Hall Yesterday

I fucking love Coach Nagy.  How can anyone not?  He’s charming, funny, smart, engaging and a helluva football mind.  And shit like this is why.  I’m sure there are going to be the old school assholes who demand the players lift weights instead of taking a breather and having some real authentic fun here and there, but be assured that they’re the extremely loud minority.  Idiots, all of em.

Anyways let’s break down the Bears Monday Funday:

Akiem Hicks Has A CANNON

Sure he has a little bit of a long release and needs to clean up a few things mechanically, but god forbid should Mitchy Trubs or Daniel go down, I think Hicks could play QB in a pinch.  Wouldn’t be surprised to see him get in the game under center week 1 against Green Bay anyways.  It’s going to be that big of a blood bath.

These Balls Molded Me Into The Man I Am Today

Fun fact I was fully grown when I was 12-13 years old.  I used to terrorize gym class with these red rubber balls.  Just body bagged my classmates who didn’t even shave yet.  Fucking losers

Kyle Long’s Jumper Is WET!

Wonder if there’s a shot the Bulls take him at 7?

Kyle Fuller Still Has The Worst Hands on Earth:

He was great last year but just a reminder that if he would have caught the ball week 1 against Green Bay then we don’t have the double doink.  But then again we wouldn’t have this:

Demarini Is The GOAT Metal Bat:

Unless you’re going back 15 years, then this bat is the GOAT:

That bat had INSANE pop

The Postgame Spread looked decent too:

Can’t go wrong with shittons of pizza.  Ever.

Fun day up at Halas Hall.  I cannot wait for this season – 1st place schedule be damned, this team has all the makings of a team that can go all the way.

PS – I’m really fucking pissed that the Bears are opening with Green Bay again.  That’s a game that should have a temperature max on it.  Anything over 32 degrees and the game is rescheduled.  Can’t have it be on an 80 degree summer night.  That’s not Bear weather.  I think that’s the one thing Packers and Bears fans would always agree about
